Ms. Boring received her B.A., cum laude, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2004, and her J.D. from Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Ms. Boring was a member of Ohio Northern University's Law Review, as staff and associate editor. While at Ohio Northern, Ms. Boring participated in a clinic program in which she worked with the Public Defender's Office. Ms. Boring subsequently passed State Bar examinations for Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is currently a member of the Lycoming Law Association.
