Mary C. Schemery
Mary is a native of Williamsport and has been practicing law since 1985. She graduated from Bucknell University in 1982 and from The Dickinson School of Law in 1985. Mary returned to the area to serve a clerkship with former President Judge of the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas, The Honorable Clinton W. Smith. In 1986 she became an associate attorney in the Williamsport Office of the Philadelphia Law firm of Leibert, Short and Hirschland where she specialized in Workers Compensation Law. She continued litigating Workers Compensation cases with the Regional Law Firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin after a merger with Leibert, Short and Hirschland.
Mary, along with Michael J. Zicolello, founded Schemery Zicolello, PC in 1996. In addition to her admission to practice before all state courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Mary has been admitted to Practice before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Michael J. Zicolello
Mike graduated from Pace University in New York in 1987 and the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts where he received his J.D. in 1990. Mike subsequently passed the State Bar examinations for New York State, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He then served as law clerk to the The Honorable James F. McClure Jr., Federal District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Williamsport. After his two year clerkship, he became an associate attorney in the Williamsport Office of the Philadelphia Law firm of Leibert, Short and Hirschland where he specialized in Personal Injury and Civil Rights Litigation in both State and Federal Courts. He continued his work litigating Personal Injury and Civil Right Cases with the Regional Law Firm of Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman and Goggin after a merger with Leibert, Short and Hirschland.
Mike, along with Mary C. Schemery, founded Schemery Zicolello, PC in 1996. In addition to his State Court Bar Admissions, Mike has been admitted to Practice before the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mike is also a 1998 graduate of Leadership Lycoming.

Kyle W. Rude
Kyle attended The Dickinson School of Law - Penn State University, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1993. A graduate of Bucknell University, Kyle returned to the Central Pennsylvania region to practice law in 1996. Kyle has built a multi-county criminal defense and family/divorce law practice in the past decade. Kyle joined Schemery Zicolello as a partner in April of 2005. Kyle is admitted to practice in federal court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Appeals for the Third Circuit. Kyle is also a member of the Pennsylvania and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Patricia “Tricia” A. Shipman
Tricia was born and raised in Williamsport. In 1992, she graduated from Mount Holyoke College with majors in biology and politics. After college, she studied and performed research in cellular and structural biology at the University of Texas, Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. She then returned to the Northeast and graduated from New York University School of Law in 1998. Prior to settling in Williamsport, Tricia worked at Community Legal Services in Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Leadership Lycoming and is a member of the Board of Directors of Greater Lycoming Habitat for Humanity and Friends of the James V. Brown Library. |
