Large commercial trucks are responsible for carrying natural resources and consumer goods all across Pennsylvania and the entire United States. Without these trucks, people would not have access to many of the cheap goods that line the shelves at stores. However, these consumer goods sometimes come at a price -- the safety of those of the roads.

Asserting your rights after a motorcycle accident

For some people, when the word "motorcyclist" is said it conjures up images of biker gangs. For others, they think about a reckless, motorcyclist speeding and weaving in and out of traffic. Others still, may think of other stereotypical images from the media. However, the truth is that most people that ride motorcycles in Pennsylvania are just normal law-abiding citizens.

Commonwealth v. Candice Steinbacher – Motion for Judgement Acquittal Granted

Motion for Judgment of Acquittal for a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) prosecution was granted by Lycoming County President Judge Nancy L. Butts, after Attorney Kyle Rude argues that the Commonwealth could not prove Ms. Steinbacher was in actual physical control of a motor vehicle. Ms. Steinbacher was arrested after Williamsport City Police believed she switched seats with her boyfriend in order to avoid an arrest for DUI.
