Four motorcyclists killed in Pennsylvania accident

As the warm weather fades and the leaves change, many motorcyclists in Pennsylvania are trying to enjoy the last few weeks of riding weather. Soon, the temperatures will drop and the snow will start to fall making it too cold for most motorcyclists. However, motorcycle riding any time of the year can be dangerous for Pennsylvania motorcyclists. Motorcycle accidents are common especially when other drivers are not paying close attention to the road.

Truck accident injures more than 40 people in Pennsylvania

Five hospitals across central Pennsylvania including hospitals in Williamsport, Lock Haven and Lewisburg are dealing with 45 injured Greyhound Bus passengers following an accident. The accident occurred between a Greyhound Bus and a large tractor trailer on I-80 near White Deer Township in the very early morning hours.

Commonwealth v. Candice Steinbacher – Motion for Judgement Acquittal Granted

Motion for Judgment of Acquittal for a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) prosecution was granted by Lycoming County President Judge Nancy L. Butts, after Attorney Kyle Rude argues that the Commonwealth could not prove Ms. Steinbacher was in actual physical control of a motor vehicle. Ms. Steinbacher was arrested after Williamsport City Police believed she switched seats with her boyfriend in order to avoid an arrest for DUI.
